Roxxy Brown is a brand and marketing strategist who has partnered with Tangent Group International to grow their reputation and professional brand, human-to-human. After spending nearly a decade working in the oil and gas industry for multi-billion dollar companies and startups, she knows what truly drives business.

Roxxy has dealt with major corporations such as Anadarko, Devon Energy, Chesapeake, Marathon, Penn-Virginia, Pioneer Natural Resources, QuickSilver Resources, and foreign companies such as Tokyo Gas and Sinochem. Additionally, her research and field work were an integral part in the discovery of the Eagleford Shale formation in the Western Gulf Basin. Roxxy holds a BS in molecular and cellular biology from Texas A&M University.

Daniel Aquino began his career in logistics with the Paratransit Services of New York City, working his way up from managing small fleets to full counties and hundreds of clients. Moving from the fast-paced transportation industry into the security sector, Daniel started working with companies to assist in servicing clients within major markets such as California, Washington, Florida, Illinois, Texas, and Missouri to create and lead his nationwide team in assisting with the Covid-19 Pandemic. His management and logistics experience lend to his leadership skills in his position here at Tangent Group. From collaborating with other Tangent leaders to troubleshooting with his team, Daniel’s abilities are an exceptional addition to the Tangent team.

David Brown has accrued several decades of experience in business development and sales while working in the RainSoft organization and has built his experience in management and corporate relationships in the oil and gas industry. David began his training in self defense and firearms after the events of 9/11 and further honed his skills under former Navy Seal, Jason Pike, and expanded his training to become a multi-discipline firearms instructor. David is TCOLE (Law Enforcement) certified in Dignitary Protection, Combat Pistol, Patrol Carbine, and SWAT. David worked his way up to regional detail leader at Pinkerton - staffing and managing small and large protection details for many of the Fortune 1000 companies. Since founding Tangent Group International, David has developed client relationships from coast to coast and specializes in the executive protection and corporate security sectors as well as urgent response.

Eric Williams is an expert in due diligence, skip tracing and title investigations. Before lending his talent to Tangent Group, he worked with major oil & gas producers across the nation. Since 2006 Eric has been tasked with ensuring monies were properly dispersed, legal deadlines were met, and all state/federal permits were acquired. Over $40M in revenue was allocated under his leadership in 2022. Eric uses his legal skills at the Tangent Group office to ensure all operations and communications are timely and efficient.

Valerie has quickly become a proven leader in the industry by offering a strategic approach to leveraging essential
resources throughout the nation and a deep commitment to client satisfaction. In addition to her fundamental business development experience, Valerie brings over seven years of leadership to the team and a unique variety of companywide operations from prospective clients to establishing operations, start to finish. After 10 years of working in a sales and marketing capacity, Valerie quickly transitioned into the operations of security as she identified the common break between client contract and operations delivery. Valerie’s commitment to delivering the service as promised to the end client motivated her to study physical protection closely in order to best satisfy the mission and customer experience. She offers an innovative, enthusiastic, proven demonstration of critical thinking skills, and data driven approach to the security industry. Valerie’s experience includes a focus on workplace violence, high-end events with over 50,000 attendees, labor union dispute protection for executives, Global Executive protection for UHNW clients, healthcare, and global travel security in short summary.
